After garnering around Rs 40 crores gross in two days worldwide, Venkatesh aka Venky’s film is finally heading for a blockbuster opening weekend, the film so far has shown enormous performance at the box office.
It was opened with a mixed to negative response from the critics but the audience seems to enjoy the film, the trailer of Venky starrer had already set the base and further positive word of mouth seemed to pull the crowd to the cinemas.
On Sunday, the Venky-Varun starrer is expected to reach near the breakeven point of Rs 64.50 Cr and is expected to cross it by the second weekend. After the rock-solid second day, positive trends suggest an awesome response on Day 3 also.
The multi-starrer comedy film had raked in Rs 17 Cr gross on an opening day from the home market and further showed decent collection on day 2, it minted Rs 13.25 Cr gross, taking the total AP/TG collections to Rs 30.25 Cr gross. The slight decrease in the collection is because on Day 1 over Rs 1 Cr shares were included.
Now, going by the early reports, the film has collected Rs 14 Cr gross on Day 3 (Sunday) from Andhrapradesh and Telangana to take the total figures to Rs 44.40 Cr gross.

F3 had collected the pre-release business from the home market Rs 53.80 Cr, most from the Nizam area Rs 18 Cr, Ceeded Rs 8.40 Cr, and UA Rs 7 Cr. From the Rest of India, it minted Rs 4.60 Cr and Rs 5.20 Cr from the overseas market, for a total worldwide pre-release business of Rs 63.60 Cr.
