First Day First Show OTT Release Date, Reviews, Star Cast, Trailer & more

Touted-to-be a Telugu romantic comedy drama film, First Day First Show was released in theatres, first week of September, soon set for OTT now. It is directed by Laksh Narayana Puttamchetty and Vamshidhar Good whereas written by Anudeep K.V., who is the producer of the mega hit film “Jathi Ratnalu”.

The film produced by Srija Edida and Sriram Edida under the banners of Poornodaya Pictures, Srija Entertainments and Mitravinda Movies feature actor Srikanth Reddy in the lead role. He is known for his work in Krishnarjuna Yuddham and Lacchimdeviki O Lekkundi.

Social media influencer Sanchita Basu, who is known for making short videos, dance videos, plays lead role in the film in her acting debut. Along with the leading star cast, the film also features Vennela Kishore, Tanikella Bharani and Srinivasa Reddy in prominent roles.

Set in 2001, the film revolves around Seenu, an easy going college student and a die-hard fan of Power Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan, who is in love with his college mate Laya, who also happened to be a Pawan Kalyan fan.

It further shows how the actor is trying hard to get the ticket for the megastars romantic film Kushi. At the same time, Laya asked him for the first day first show ticket. Now to impress his love puts in lots of effort to get them. Will he be able to get the tickets is the film is all about.

The film faced a direct clash with another romantic flick Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga and is getting a mixed response from the public. Some fans praise the film for showing a story which depicts some people not just watch the film but also live it and the makers were trying to tell this through this movie.

On the other hand, some viewers criticized the movie for its story, screenplay and direction, calling it disappointing. Overall, the film is creating a decent buzz and it will be seen in the upcoming days if it will do well at box office or not.
