India’s leading OTT platform ZEE5 always comes up with something bold and interesting for its viewers and that is the reason why day by day it is becoming popular in the country.

After delivering its recent romantic thriller Love Hostel, starring Bobby Deol, Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra, which premiered on Feb 25, 2022, it is all set to bring the new and super exciting crime thriller film titled Forensic: The Truth Lies Within.
It is the Hindi remake of 2020 Malayalam thriller of the same name starring Tovino Thomas, Mamta Mohandas, Saiju Kurup and others.
Forensic Star Cast
Vikrant Massey, who has become a go-to actor for all big directors and producers, in a short time, is the lead actor of the film, he is playing the role of a forensic expert, Johnny Khanna.
His movie 14 Phere, along with Krithi Kharbanda also premiered on Zee5, along with critically acclaimed Love Hostel, which was based on the culture of honor killing.
Along with Vikrant Massey, the film will also star OTT queen Radhika Apte as a Police officer, Megha Sharma. The actress needs no introduction as whatever role she is given, she plays it with so much authenticity that it seems no one can play those roles better than her.
Apte is currently busy with her upcoming action thriller Vikram Vedha, featuring Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan. She was last seen in American historical drama film A Call to Spy and Indian crime thriller drama film Raat Akeli Hai.
The film will also star Prachi Desai, Vindu Dara Singh and Rohit Roy in key roles.
Forensic OTT Release Date
The film will skip the theater release and will have a direct premiere on India’s one of the popular OTT platforms Zee5. Forensic was launched in July 2021. And will be premiered on Zee5 on 24 June 2022. Makers confirmed the release date by dropping the teaser of the film, it is set in Mussoorie.

Forensic Makers
The film is directed by Vishal Furia, who previously directed Hindi horror film Chhorii, starring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role. The film premiered on Amazon Prime Video in November, last year. Along with the performance of Nushrratt, his direction was also praised by critics.
The film is produced by Deepak Mukut, Mansi Bagla and Varun Bagla along and holds the banners of Mini FIlms and Soham Rockstar Entertainment. Hunar Mukut is the co-producer of the film.
Forensic Poster Out
Today, on April 5, 2022, Zee5 launched the poster of its most-awaited psychological thriller Forensic on social media. It features Vikrant Massey holding a torch with Radhika Apte holding a gun.
The intense and tensed expression on their face arouses more curiosity about what it can deliver to fans. In the background, the poster shows an enlarged red-colored fingerprint.
