Ghani is One of the most anticipated Tamil films of the year 2021, it is a sports drama genre movie starring Varun Tej, who is playing a boxer role in the film. It is a Kiran Korrapati creation, who directed as well as wrote the film.
Makers announced the title of the film in Jan 2021, and the shooting of the film has been started from Feb 2021 and reportedly production wrapped-up on July 2021, the makers are now busy in some technical parts of the film e.g editing, dubbing after that the film will be ready to release in theaters in December this year.

Ghani Release Date
The film is produced by Sidhu Mudda with Allu Bobby, made under the banner of Renaissance Pictures with the collab of Allu Bobby Company, George C. Williams is the cinematographer, Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor, S. Thaman is the music composer.
Ghani was rescheduled many times in the past owing to the Covid pandemic, makers in Oct 2021, announced that the film will be released in theatres on 3 December 2021 but rescheduled again to 18 Mar, again changes, later two dates were in plan 25 Feb or 4th March but 25th Feb locked later but avoids clash with Bheemla Nayak, wait for new date now:

Budget & Star Cast of Ghani
Apparently, Varun went for intense training for the project, he even transformed his body to fit in the character’s role, the film stars Varun Tej in the titular role of Ghani, Dabangg 3 (2019) girl Saiee Manjrekar is the lead actress opposite Varun as Maya.
Veteran actors Jagapathi Babu and Suniel Shetty are also featured in the movie along with Upendra, Naveen Chandra & Nadhiya. it is being said that the film is made up of Rs 15-20 crores budget, though the makers haven’t announced anything on the production cost yet.

Teaser was uploaded to Aditya Music’s official YouTube channel, it has been viewed over 21 lakh plus times as of now with 1.2 lakhs likes in it. Viewers are appreciating Varun for his new-look avatar, and The extraordinary Back Ground Music (BGM) which is done by the known music director of the south industry S. Thaman. The trailer hasn’t been released yet, it is expected to be released by early November.
