The mid-week release Telugu outing “Godfather” is holding very well at the box office. It was released on Oct 5 (Wed) and enjoys a 5days extended weekend. The film was opened on a high note and has been holding well since then.
The 3days worldwide collection of the Chiranjeevi starrer stands at Rs 62.55 crores. The actor who was looking for a bounce back seems like will see his first hit in the form of Godfather after his last commercial success Khaidi No.1 (2017).

Increase in screens for Godfather in Hindi
Let us also inform you, due to the Salman Khan factor, Chiranjeevi’s film has started gaining traction in the Hindi belt as well. Recently, Chiranjeevi taking to social media, shared a video thanking the fans for pouring so much love into his flick. He also told that 600 screens are added for Godfather in the Hindi belt. It saw an opening of 2.05 crores nett in Hindi.
Godfather Needs 50 crores to Break Even
Godfather is doing very well at the box office but the job is not done yet as the flick still needs to recover around 50 crores shares at the box office. As per the Telugu trade circle reports, Chiranjeevi’s film has accumulated Rs 42.43 crores distributor shares. The worldwide theatrical rights of the movie were sold at a huge 91 crores.

Box Office Collection Day 4
If the advance bookings are to go by, Godfather will see a jump in earnings on Sunday as well. It has recorded a rise in bookings rate for Day 4 selling more than 1.2 L tickets in Telugu and Hindi worth Rs 2.30 crores. Going by the early trade trends, it collects around 15 crores gross on Day 4 taking Godfather’s total 4 days WW collections to 77 crores+.
