The latest Telugu outing Godfather was released on Oct 5 to rave reviews from critics. It was opened to a stupendous note at the box office and maintained the momentum throughout its 5days extended weekend.
The film needs to hold strong on the weekdays as well, as it still needs to recover around 35 crores distributor’s shares to be called a commercially successful flick.

So far, it has recovered over 55 crores shares at the box office, globally out of which home market (Andhra Pradesh-Telangana) collections stands at Rs 61.20 crores gross (37 crores approx shares).
Has Godfather crossed 100 crores WW?
The makers of Godfather, Konidela Production Company on Sunday took to social media to announce that Godfather has crossed 100 crore gross at the box office worldwide.
Conversely, the Telugu trade reports state that the film has grossed only 91 crores in its 5day weekend.

Godfather has managed to gain traction in the Hindi belt due to Salman Khan’s factor, it recently witnessed an increase in its screen counts by 600. Reportedly, the Hindi version touched the 5 crore nett mark in the opening weekend.
As per the reports, the domestic collections of Godfather stands in the vicinity of 60 crores+ nett in 5 days.
