“Hit: The Second Case” or “Hit 2” has been doing well at the box office since the start. It will complete the break-even target, to emerge as the 20th clean-hit Telugu film of 2022, on Monday, Today.
It was opened with rave reviews from critics and had created a huge pre-release buzz. The film took the biggest start for the actor in his film career crossing his past blockbuster Major’s opening day earnings.
It will soon be released in the Hindi version as well. Hit 2 has emerged as the top choice for moviegoers at the box office south. The film is being praised for its story, dialogues, screenplay, and performances.

Hit 2 to Cross the Break Even
The film was released in 955 theatres worldwide and took a solid start at the box office. The theatrical rights of the film were sold at 14.25 crores and the break-even target of the film was valued at Rs 15 Cr.
So far, it has recovered over 10 crore shares worldwide, as per the trade reports. It now needs around 4-5 crore shares to enter the profit zone. With this, it will emerge as the 20th clean hit Telugu film of 2022.
Box Office Collection Day 3
The film minted a huge 6.40 Cr net on the first day in the domestic market, it was stable on the 2nd day as well. And going by the trade reports, the film has another big day.
The film accumulated in the vicinity of 2Cr in the pre-sales for day 3 by selling over 1L tickets in advance. And now, as per the trade circle reports, Hit 2 collected in the range of 4.5-5 Cr on Sunday.

Hit 2 is Inches Away from Break Even
Talking about the box office worldwide, Hit 2 has collected over 26 crores gross in 3 days worldwide with 14.91 crore distributor’s shares. The film now needs only 9L shares to complete the break even. With this, it will emerge as the 20th clean hit Telugu movie in 2022.
It is continuing the Hit trend of the TFI (Telugu Film Industry), the industry saw the back to back hits in the form of Sardar, Gaalodu, Yashoda, Masooda, and now Hit 2. It is great news for the exhibitors and the distributors, down south.
