Bollywood has become fitness freak and actresses are setting fitness goals for their fans. Recently many stars have shared their fitness pictures on social media that are going viral.

Many of them attended functions like Pinkvilla Style Icons Awards, Movie Promotions and others. South Sensation Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Sara Ali Khan to Esha Gupta who gave major fitness and fashion goals.

Disha Patani

Disha is a skilled gymnast who goes to gym four days a week. She tries to visit her gym twice a day because she doesn’t want to skip her workouts and feels that the body should be kept active all day. She exercises with her whole weight while also doing cardio.

Disha keeps sharing her gym and fitness pictures on her social media. Recently she was seen flaunting her flat belly in an orange bikini. She shared a mirror selfie with her fans on her instagram and twitter handle.

Easha Gupta

Easha Gupta’s instagram handle proves her fitness enthusiasm. The actress is not only famous for her acting skills but also for her fitness routine. She is always in trend on social media because of her Pilates workout sessions.

Easha is also famous for yoga as well. She shared a picture performing yoga asaan in which she is sitting on a floor and her one leg is behind her neck, proving her flexibility.

Sara Ali Khan

If you are a fitness freak you must visit Sara’s instagram page. She is always actively sharing her fitness routine motivating her fans to stay fit.

Cardio exercises were a crucial component of her exercise regimen when she first began her fitness journey.

Sara goes for Pilates and cardios but if it’s a long hectic day on her shooting days then she prefers 45 minutes of boxing sessions. She shares her videos on instagram
