Ranveer Singh’s latest outing Jayeshbhai Jordaar was released on Friday with mixed to negative reviews, and now the early reports suggest that the film has taken an abysmal start on the first day.
With an average of 10% occupancy, it accumulated around Rs 3.5 Cr+ on Friday. Because of the little growth towards evening and night shows, if going by the morning shows, the film would have found it difficult to collect even Rs 2 Cr nett.
Though the final figures are yet to come, going by these figures, it will become Singh’s career’s second-lowest opening day film. However, these numbers were expected as we know, it has become the story of the week in and week out as far as Hindi film collections are concerned.
The film will show a little growth on Saturday, the second day will revolve around Rs 4 Cr nett** until evening & night shows see exceptional growth.
It seems that the makers’ idea to wait this long for the theatrical release and not opting for the OTT route has gone in vain, as the film is now on the verge of being pulled from the theatres. And seems soon it will be made available on the OTT platform.

Now, the two days total collection of the film reaches Rs 7.5 Cr, the opening weekend of the film will be around Rs 10 Cr, which was earlier expected to cross Rs 15 Cr.
After The Kashmir Files and Gangubai Kathiawadi, the Hindi industry is again in the quest for a successful film which hasn’t been possible since TKF, as the big starrer films like Attack, Jersey, Highway 34, and Heropanti 2 failed to attract the footfalls towards the cinema halls.
Now, all eyes are on Kartik Aryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ 2 as the film has made much hype, also advance bookings of the film are also showing the amazing response from the cinephiles, as per the trade analysts, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 becomes the crucial film for the Bollywood.
