The Telugu superstar Vijay Devarakonda after wrapping up the shooting of his highly anticipated sports action film Liger directed by Puri Jaggannadh last month will again be collaborating with the ace filmmaker in the new project titled JGM.
The project is announced at the movie launch event that took place in Mumbai, Vijay on March 28, had informed the fans about the same through his social media platforms.
After the announcement at the launching event, the actor took to Twitter and posted a thrilling poster of his new film as per the poster and the title the film seems a patriotic film.
JGM Release Date
As per the reports, it will mark the actor Vijay’s second pan India film after Liger, the film is slated to release on 3 Aug 2023, and reportedly it will be released in five Indian languages Telugu along with its dubbed versions Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil.

Jana Gana Mana (JGM) Poster
The actor launched the first look poster of the film, featuring a war scene where a dog fight takes place with featuring the warheads and aircraft, the poster also depicts the army men in the air with parachute bags, gearing up to land. It seems that the film will be a high-budget action thriller set in a war zone.

Liger star Vijay Deverakonda roped in to play the lead actor in this action entertainer, Pooja Hegde confirmed later to play lead female opposite Vijay.

The makers have announced the abbreviation of the title as Jana Gana Mana, it will be directed by Puri Jagannadh. he also bankrolled the film along with the actor turned producer Charmee Kaur under their banner Puri Connects.

Production
On the production front, reportedly Puri has completed the pre-production of the film and will commence the shoot for the film soon, some media reports state that JGM will go on floors from April onwards, as both the actor-director has concluded the shooting of Liger and now contemplating to start the shooting of JGM asap.
