India’s most popular Hindi dance TV reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, is back with its 10th season on Colors TV. Produced by BBC World Production Company, this season made its comeback on the platform on September 3, 2022, after five long years. The last season was concluded in January 2017 and was won by Teriya Magar, a Mumbai based Nepalese dancer.
This season started with 16 contestants, most of them from the entertainment industry, and completed 10 weeks of its premiere. It is judged by the evergreen beauty Madhuri Dixit, Nora Fatehi, and Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar, with Manish Paul as the host.
Present Scenario
Talking about the current scenario in the show, out of 16 contestants (12 original contestants + 4 wildcard entries), 10 contestants were in the race before semi-final , whereas the journeys of 10 contestants have been completed in the show.
Nia, Niti, Amruta, Paras, Ada, Shilpa, Zoravar, and Ali were eliminated, while Dutee and Dheeraj themselves quit the show due to personal reasons. Dutee entered the show as a wild card entry along with Sriti Jha, Nishant Bhat, and Ada Malik.
Winner Prediction & Grand Finale
Although the makers of the show haven’t made any announcements regarding the show’s grand finale, it is expected to premiere in January. On the basis of their performances, either Rubina Dilaik or Faisal Shaikh is most likely to win this season of the show.
The two were also among the top contenders for the title of Fear Factor: Khaton Ke Khiladi 12, which was one by Tushar Kalia. It will be interesting to see, if either of them can make it final and win the trophy of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.
