Mollywood superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran is set for the release of his upcoming period action drama film Kaduva. The film is directed by ace-filmmaker Shaji Kailas known for his political thrillers and crime thriller films such as Thalastaanam, Ekalavyan, Mafia, Commissioner, The King, Narasimham etc.
Produced by Prithviraj’s Prithiviraj Productions and Listen Stephen’s Magic Frames, the film has music and score by Jakes Bejoy. Set in the 1990s and its plot revolves around an influential rubber planter at Palai and his rivalry with a police officer.
Kaduva OTT Release Date
The Shaji Kailas directorial Pan India film ‘Kaduva‘ hit the theatre on July 7, 2022 in Malayalam along with dubbed Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages. Earlier it was scheduled to be released on June 30, 2022 but got postponed to the new date.
Now, the post theatrical OTT rights of the film have also been acquired by one of the leading OTT platforms, Amazon Prime Video and the satellite rights have been bagged by Surya TV.
The official OTT streaming date of the film has been announced 4th Aug 2022. This is the latest Malayalam hit where Bollywood’s Vivek Oberoi played an important role.
