Sandalwood’s latest blockbuster Kantara continues to dominate the box office even after three weeks of hitting the screens. It is nearing its one-month run at the BO and despite facing multi-clashes across the country, still churning out moolah day in, and day out.
The worldwide collection of Kantara stands at Rs 185.5 Cr gross in 22 days. It has earned 146 crores (172.20 Cr gross) in the domestic market. And has crossed the 150 Cr mark yesterday in India.

Box Office Collection Day 23
Rishab’s film is not in the mood of slowing down at the box office. If early trade reports are to go by, Kantara recorded a growth of over 80% on its 4th Sat. It draws in almost 4 crores from the advance bookings for day 23. The ticket bookings collections go past the over 2 crore mark in Kannada and touched the 1 crore mark in Telugu.
As per the early trade estimations, Kantara is expected to touch the double-digit mark on Day 23. It is estimated to have collected Rs 10.2-10.5 crores on Saturday to take the total domestic collections over 155 crore nett mark.
With this, It has reached near the 200 Cr gross mark at the box office worldwide and is certain to cross the feat on Sunday, today.

Kantara Box Office (Dubbed Versions)
Kantara was released in cinemas without much promotion and marketing, it is the genuine positive word of mouth of the audience that helped the flick grow exponentially at the box office. Following the success of the original version, makers planned to make it grandeur by releasing in dubbed versions.
It is registering stupendous occupancy rates in other languages as well. The Malayalam version of Kantara was out on Oct 20 and is expected to touch the 15L mark by Sunday, reportedly. On the other, the Tamil version of the has reached the vicinity of the 2 crore nett mark in its 8-day run.
Crosses 20 Cr in Telugu
Rishab Shetty starrer earned the tag of clean-hit by completing the business on the first day itself in AP-TG, the flick in its one-week run has crossed the 20 crores gross (Rs 1.5 Cr nett) mark in Telugu.
Certain to cross 20 Cr in Hindi
The Hindi version which was released a day before the dubbed Telugu and Tamil version has been performing really well in the northern belt. It has touched the 15 Cr nett mark in Hindi and is certain to surpass the 20 crore nett mark in the second weekend, here.
