South sensation Kantara is refusing to slow down at the box office, it will soon cross the 300 crore mark globally. It is showing stupendous occupancy from all quarters even after a one-month theatrical run, especially in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu.
Rishab Shetty’s film has already emerged as a huge blockbuster in terms of return on investment. Dubbed version Hindi is contributing the most in its earnings after the original Kannada versions.

Box Office Collection Day 32
It is still minting upwards of 1 crore in advance bookings, it has collected ₹ 1.19 Cr in pre-sales for day 32. As per the early trade estimations, Kantara collects 4.8-5 crore on the 5th Monday to take the total domestic collections to over 233 crores, all versions.
Eying 50 Cr in Hindi
It has been over 2 weeks since the dubbed Hindi version of Kantara was released. It had taken upwards of 1 crore start and since then, it has been showing an upward trend in its collections. It has emerged as one of the best-performing south films of all time in the Hindi belt.
The total Hindi collections of Kantara stands in the vicinity of 45 crores, it is now eying to cross the 50 crore mark which it is expected to cross before the weekend. It has already surpassed the lifetime of Vikrant Rona, Vikram, Sita Ramam, Karthikeya 2 and Rocketry lifetime in Hindi.
It is now heading to surpass the KGF1 Hindi (₹45 Cr) biz emerging as the 8th highest-grossing dubbed south Indian film in the Hindi belt.
Inching Closer to 300 Cr WW
The worldwide collection of Kantara stands at ₹289.5 crores gross(31 days), it is expected to cross ₹300 crores on Wed if not on Tue. It consists of 268.5 crores in India and 21 crores gross in the overseas market. Not only this but it is also soon to cross the 150 crore nett mark in the home market (Karnataka)
