Rishab Shetty’s film has crossed the 250 crores nett mark in the domestic market recently. The film has been winning the hearts of cinephiles across the country ever since it has been released.
Not only in the original version but Kantara has emerged as successful in the dubbed versions as well. The small film has churned out over 21 crore profits in the Telugu states alone and the Hindi biz is nearing the 75 cr nett mark becoming one of the highest-grosser south films in the northern market, of all time.

Inching closer to the 350 Cr WW
The Kannada sensation continues to mint money even after a month’s run at the box office. It is still witnessing growth in earnings on daily basis. The worldwide collection of Kantara stands at 332.1 Cr gross mark (37 days).
It is estimated to have collected ₹ 10 Cr gross on its sixth Sunday, taking the worldwide collections to 342 crores gross in 38 days. It is now only 8 crores away to cross the 350 Cr mark.
Box Office Collection Day 38
Kantara has clocked in 2.77 cr from the advance bookings for Sunday (Day 38). The Hindi biz has emerged as a top performer in daily earnings, it is outdoing the Kannada version on daily basis now.
As per the early trade estimations, Kantara will draw in 8.2-8.4 crores nett on Sun to take the total domestic collections in the vicinity of 268 crore nett, all versions.

Kantara Domestic Box Office Collection (37 days): ₹ 259.89 Cr nett [Kannada: 149.39 Cr; Hindi: 57.9 Cr; Telugu: 37.08 Cr; Tamil: 6.27 Cr and Malayalam: 9.25 Cr]
Box Office Collection Day 38 (domestic): ₹ 8.4 Cr nett** [Kannada: 1.5 Cr; Hindi: 5.22 Cr; Telugu: 0.92 Cr; Tamil: 0.28 Cr; Malayalam: 0.49 Cr]**
It has gone past the 150 Cr nett mark in Karnataka as well, to become the second film after KGF2 which achieved this feat. The next target, from here will be to cross 300 Cr nett, domestically.
