The smash hit Kantara has churned out over 340 crores at the box office worldwide. The film is having its dream run and is still not in the mood of slowing down at the box office.
It recently crossed the 150 Cr nett in Karnataka and inching closer to the 65 Cr nett mark in the Hindi version. The dubbed Hindi version has emerged as the top performer for Katnara outdoing the daily earnings of the other versions.

Kantara is Inching closer to 350 Cr WW
The 38 days box office collection of Kantara stands at ₹ 341.95 Cr gross which consists of ₹ 314.45 Cr gross in India and ₹ 27.5 Cr gross in the overseas market. It is estimated to have collected 2.67 Cr gross on the 6th Monday taking the total WW collections in the vicinity of 345 crores in 39 days.
Therefore, Rishab Shetty’s film is now only 5 crores away to enter the 350 Cr mark at the box office WW which it is expected to cross on Day 41 (6th Wed).
Kantara Box Office Hindi
It has become a huge hit in Hindi as well. Kantara-Hindi was out on Oct 14 and saw a wide release. The film so far has earned over 62 Cr nett emerging as the top choice for moviegoers in the northern belt. It will soon cross the lifetime of Akshay starrer Ram Setu.
Kantara-Hindi is estimated to end its run with 75-80 Cr lifetime. It has already emerged as one of the all-time highest-grosser south films in Hindi dubb.

Box Office Collection Day 40
Kantara saw 85.44 L coming in from the pre-sales for Day 40. The Hindi version remains the top contributor followed by Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam in the advance bookings.
As per the trade estimations, it accumulates ₹ 3-3.3 crores on Day 40 (6th Tue) to take the total Hindi collections of the movie over 273 crores nett. Going by the performance of Kantara, especially in the northern belt, it looks like the flick will see its run end with 375-400 Cr gross, at the BO WW.
