Rishab Shetty’s film Kantara has crossed the 350 Cr mark at the box office worldwide. It is nearing the end of its 6th week and still refusing to slow down at the box office. After Kannada, it turned out to be a huge hit in the Hindi version which is currently driving its biz.
The 15 crore budget film has emerged as a huge commercial success in terms of return on investments. It has been riding on amazing word of mouth and is doing very well in all versions.

Kantara Crosses 350 Cr WW
As per the recent trade reports, Kantara has grossed ₹ 350 Cr worldwide in 40 days (6th Tue) which consists of ₹ 322.9 Cr in India and ₹ 27.5 Cr in the overseas market.
It has already become the 2nd highest-grosser Kannada film of all time and the 2nd highest-grosser Kannada film this year. And even after this, it continues to churn out moolah at the BO.
Kantara-Hindi Eying 70 Cr
It looks like the Hindi version of Kantara has won the hearts of the cinephiles as the dubbed Hindi version is currently driving its biz. It has outdone the original version in daily earnings.
Kantara-Hindi was released 2 weeks after the original version. And so far, it has earned Rs 67 Cr at the box office. It will now target the 70 Cr mark and then head for a 80-85 Cr lifetime.

Box Office Collection Day 41
Kantara–all versions–has recently surpassed The Kashmir Files lifetime–all-time blockbuster–of 340 Crs and now it is remained to be seen whether it surpasses the Brahmastra lifetime ( ₹ 430 Cr) or not.
Kantara is stable in the advance bookings, it has brought in another 65L+ from the pre-sales for Day 41 (6th Wed). As per the early trade estimations, ited earn ₹ 2.5-2.8 Cr on Wed taking the domestic biz over ₹ 276 crores nett.
