21 September 1980 born Kareena Kapoor wanted to become an actress since her childhood, even she left the study after 12th from Jamnabai Narsee School in Mumbai and also done schooling from Welham Girls’ School in Dehradun.

She belongs to Bollywood’s big family background, great-granddaughter of Prithvi Raj Kapoor, granddaughter of Raj Kapoor, daughter of Randhir Kapoor, and former actress Babita but she is best known for her own acting ability.

The actress debuted through J. P. Dutta‘s drama film Refugee (2000), another sides megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s son Abhishek Bachchan also debuted through this film and both appreciated for their work.

In 2001, she worked opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Santosh Sivan‘s epic historical drama film Ashoka and was nominated for Best Actress by Filmfare Awards and in the same year, she appeared in blockbuster melodrama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001).
