Karthikeya 2 is the 7th Telugu film to be considered a clean hit at the box office, it has been riding on amazing word of mouth ever since it graced the cinemas. It has already entered the 100 crore club and most recently it crossed the 50 Cr mark in AP-TG states.
It is an epic adventure film, directed and written by Chandoo Mondeti, it is backed by The Kashmir Files producer Abhishek Agarwal with T.G Viswa Prasad under Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory.

7th Clean Hit of TFI
Nikhil Siddharth fronted Karthikeya 2 has emerged as a clean hit by crossing the break-even target within its first weekend to emerge as the 7th clean hit Telugu film this year after Bangarraju, DJ Tillu, RRR, Major, Bimbisara, and Sita Ramam.
Not only this but the dubbed Telugu version of KGF2, Vikrant Rona, Don, and Vikram has also been considered a clean hit at the box office. Therefore, Karthikeya 2 is the 11th overall clean hit film of 2022.
Crosses 50 Cr in AP-TG
After entering the 100 crore club Nikhil starrer has achieved one more feat crossing the 50 crore mark in the home market (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). As per the Telugu box office tracker, T2BLive, the total collection of the film currently stands at Rs 50.05 Cr with 29.85 crore shares in AP-TG.

Box Office Collection Day 18
The Hindi version of the film is enjoying a good stay in the theatres as well, the film is all set to overtake Madhavan’s Rocketry Hindi bizz to become one of the most successful dubbed Hindi films of 2022 after KGF2, RRR and Pushpa. Going by its performance, it will stay in theatres till the 4th week, recent release Liger already tanked at the box office and now Karthikeya 2 will enjoy a free run until Ranbir’s Brahmastra arrives.
As per Bollywood Hungama’s Taran Adarsh claim, Karthikeya 2 (Hindi) has accumulated Rs 24.21 crores, so far and most of its bizz is coming from the mass pockets. And as per the trade estimates, it earns Rs 50 L on Day 18 (Tue) taking the total Hindi collections in the vicinity of 25 crores.
