Nikhil Siddharth’s film Karthikeya 2 is going strong at the box office across India, especially in Telugu and Hindi versions. The Hindi collections of the film are showing very good growth on a daily basis.
In its 9 days theatrical run, Karthikeya 2 (Hindi) goes past Rs 15 Cr mark and crossed the lifetime collections of Kiccha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona in Hindi. It will be considered a big feat given the fact that it is a small film and beats the lifetime of over 80 crore budget film.

Box Office Hindi (Day-Wise)
Firstly owing to the multiple films running in the theatres at the same time across the board barred the film to get the desired screen counts, despite the low show counts, it collected Rs 7 Lakhs on Day 1. With the audience’s word of mouth, the film saw exponential growth in screen counts and collections over the week. It was opened with just 53 screens in Hindi and currently, it is running over 1000+ screens.

As per the reports, it went past Rs 4 Cr mark on Sunday and beats the lifetime of Vikrant Rona in Hindi. The second-weekend collection (Rs 9.57 Cr) of the film is much higher than its enitre first-week collection (Rs 5.75 Cr) which shows that the film is riding on extraordinary word of mouth.

The worldwide collections of Karthikeya 2 have already crossed Rs 60 Cr gross. If it maintains a strong run at the box office in the coming days also, it is expected to go past Rs 100 Cr mark worldwide in its second week itself. As per the reports, Nikhil starrer accumulates Rs 9-10 Cr gross worldwide on Sunday.
