Sony TV’s popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati is set to return with its fourteenth season. It is a superhit show that is loved by people of every age group and has been an integral part of every household of India for the past 22 years.
After the conclusion of KBC 13 in December 2021, fans were eagerly waiting for the new season to start. Well, the wait is finally over and we just can’t wait to watch our favourite show while having dinner at home.

Sony TV on Saturday, June 11, announced the Season 14 of KBC through a funny video clip which features Big B (Amitabh Bachchan) is seen introducing a contestant named Guddi to the audience. He then asked her a question “Which of these has GPS technology in them? The option were “A) typewriter B) Television C) Satellite D) Rs. 2000 note.”
Guddi confidently chooses D and when Amitabh asks her if she is sure, she replies that not only her but the entire nation knows D is right. Big B tells her that it is incorrect. Instead of accepting it, she asks if he is joking and he denies it. In the video clip, Guddi can be seen saying that she has it on a news channel. Amitabh can be seen telling No, maybe it’s their fault but it was your loss.
Netizens are saying that by this funny promo video, Big B takes a dig at fake news which according to them was circulated by an anchor of a popular news channel, where he claimed that the new 2000 rupee note will have a secret chip that will help central government agencies to trace the note even when it was buried 120 meters.
KBC Season 14 TV Premiere Date
The registrations of KBC 14 that started in April 2022 have also been completed and now people are waiting for the official released date of the quiz show, which has been announced, you can watch the show from 7th Aug, Sunday 9PM only on Sony Television.
However, it is said to be premiered from July/ August. It will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television at Sharp 9 pm. Also, you can enjoy the show on SonyLIV for free.
