Sony TV’s popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati is back on the platform with Season 14, which started airing on August 7, 2022. The show launched on July 3, 2000, and has gained huge popularity over these 22 years and made it everyone’s favourite show to watch while having dinner.
Talking about the ongoing season of the show, it’s been over 2 months since it started premiering on Sony TV. The inaugural shows of this season were graced by Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, Major D.P. Singh, Colonel Mitali Madhumita and India’s two popular sports personalities- the six-time World Boxing Champion Marry Kom and India’s star footballer Sunil Chhetri.
Now, it’s time when two other Bollywood celebrities are set to grace the show in the Tuesday special episodes of KBC 14 these two guests are special because they hold a special place in Big B’s heart. Yes, you heard it right! These guests are Big B’s wife veteran actress Jaya Bachchan and his son Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan.
KBC 14- Big B’s Birthday Special Episode
The Tuesday, 11 October episode is going to be very special as it will be graced by Abhishek and Jaya Bachchan. The family special episode is going to be aired on the occasion of the 80th birthday of the show’s host Amitabh Bachchan.

Sony TV has shared several promos of this special episode to tease the fans. In these promos, the megastar along with junior Bachchan can be seen taking the hotseat whereas veteran actress Jaya Bachchan is seen taking the hosting seat of Big B.

In the latest promo, we see Jaya asking some questions to Big B which makes him speechless. In another promo, Jaya is seen complaining about Big B for not sending her flowers. Apart from the funny moments, the fans are also going to witness the trio being emotional while recalling past days.

What are the Changes Done in the Ongoing Season?
Expert advice and flip-the-question lifelines have been replaced by “video call a friend”. The number of questions has been increased from 17 to 17. In an interesting change, the final account was also increased to Rs. 7.5 crore to mark the 75th Independence Day of India this year.
