The south Indian monster which is getting respect not only from the home market but across the country, the small industry film KGF is demolishing the box office across India by its bull run.
Most love it is receiving from Hindi market where Rocky Bhai starrer seems will go on to run for around 2 months at the BO, the period action flick with Tuesday collection has collected Rs 336.88 Cr in Hindi belt.
Now holding strong on Day 14, KGF2 collected Rs 6.25 Crs, and with it, the film crossed the lifetime domestic business of Salman’s Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 339.16 crores), Aamir’s PK (Rs 340.8 crores), and Sanju (Rs 342.53 crores).
The total collection of the film reach Rs 343.13 crores, if it maintains the same stronghold further at the BO, it will likely cross the Dangal’s lifetime domestic business of Rs 387.38 Cr in the third week itself, to fetch the no.2 spot of highest-grossing Hindi films in India, though it is far away yet to be told anything on Baahubali2’s Hindi collections (around Rs 511 Cr).
Along with the Hindi market, the film is also churning out well from home markets Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telugu speaking states, and Kerala, in the home market it is en route to crossing the 150 cr mark, it has collected around Rs 145 Cr, so far.
Talking about the worldwide collection, as per the latest reports, it saw a little dip on Wednesday collecting around Rs 15 crore gross taking the total collections to Rs 957.65 crores gross WW.
