After breaking multiple records at Box-office worldwide as well as on OTT, Sandalwood superstar Yash starrer period action drama K.G.F: Chapter 2 is setting records on TV Premieres.
Directed and written by Prasanth Neel, KGF 2 is the second instalment of a two-part series and serves as the sequel of Yash’s 2018 blockbuster film K.G.F: Chapter 1.
Along with Yash who reprised his iconic role as “Rocky bhai”, the second instalment of the film also starred Bollywood actress Raveena Tondon in the lead role with Sanjay Dutt in the role of deadliest villain Adheera attracting a lot of attention. Srinidhi Shetty also reprises her role of Yash’s love interest and wife Reena Desai.
K.G.F: Chapter 2 Hindi TV Premiere Date
The Pan India blockbuster was released theatrically on April 14, 2022 in Kannada along with dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Nearly 50 days after its theatrical-release, the film started streaming on Amazon Prime Video on June 3, 2022 in the mentioned languages.
Now, the makers are all set to telecast the film on television. While Zee Telugu and Zee Tamil are set to premiere the film’s Telugu and Tamil versions, respectively, a huge fan-base of Yash in North India is also waiting for its TV premiere.
So, we have come up with good news for the Hindi Audience that K.G.F: Chapter 2 is soon to have its Hindi World TV Premiere on Sony Max. The exact released date is yet to be announced by the makers.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 Box-Office Collection
The film recorded the second highest opening in India and set domestic opening day records in Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam surpassing the lifetime gross of its predecessor in two days to become the highest grossing Kannada film.
Its worldwide collection on the opening day was Rs. 164 crore and the first week collection was Rs. 719 cr. worldwide. Its life-time collection is Rs. 1250 crore against a budget of Rs. 100 cr.
Breaking many records it became the 4th Indian movie to cross Rs. 1000 cr. mark worldwide, second fastest movie to collect Rs. 1000 cr, third highest grossing Indian film of all time, the second highest grossing film in India.
