Krishna Vinda Vihari is an upcoming Telugu romantic comedy film which is directed by Anish R. Krishna who is best known for directing 2014 Telugu film Ala Ela.
It is bankrolled by Usha Mulpuri and holds the banner of Ira Creations. Bujji has been serving as the co- producer in the film. It is presented by Shankar Prasad Mulpuri.
On the technical front, Sai Sriram is taking care of cinematography while Tammiraju is handling the editing work. The film has music and background score by Mahati Swara Sagar while Ram Arusuvilli is taking care of the Art Department. The audio rights of the film have been acquired by Saregama India Limited.
Krishna Vrinda Vihari Star Cast
Actor Naga Saurya is playing the lead role in the film as Krishna. He has worked in many Telugu movies such as National winning anthology film Chandamama Kathalu (2014), Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014), Dikkulu Choodaku Ramaya (2014), Kalyana Vaibhogame (2016) and many more.
His latest release was Dheerendra Santhossh’s sports drama film Lakshya, starring Jagapathi Babu, Ketika Sharma and Sachin Khedekar along with him.
Singer and actress Shirley Setia is playing opposite Naga Saurya as Vrinda. The film marks her acting debut in Tollywood film industry.
She made her acting debut with Netflix’s 2020 drama film Maska and is also gearing up for Bollywood debut with Sabbir Khan’s action comedy film titled Nikamma.
The upcoming rom-com also stars Rahul Ramakrishna, Satya and Vennela Kishore in pivotal roles.
Krishna Vrinda Vihari Release Date
The makers have announced the release date of this most-awaited romantic comedy drama. Earlier, it was to release theatrically on April 22, 2022, but was postponed indefinitely for a reason unknown. Now recently the main lead announced that the film will be released in theatres on 23 Sept 2022 and overseas a day prior:

The film was officially announced on October 16, 2022 and was formally launched on October 28, the same year. The shooting of the film began on December 9, 2020.
It was tentatively titled as NS22 and IRA4, as it is the 22nd movie of Naga Shaurya’s career and the fourth production venture of Ira Creations. The official title of the film was unveiled on January 22, 2022.
Krishna Vrinda Vihari Teaser Out
Makers of the movie released the official teaser of the film on March 28, 2022. Acclaimed director Anil Ravipudi launched the teaser.
The nearly 2 minute long teaser looks promising and suggests that it is going to be a youthful love story. It introduced Krishna (Shaurya) and Vrinda (Shirley), who are colleagues working in the same corporation.
It shows Krishna getting attracted towards his love interest Vrinda,who hears the sound of a bell in his heart whenever come closer to her. Vrinda also shows interest in him but starts ignoring him later.
Krishna tries different ways to impress her. The dialogue quoted at the end of the teaser in reference to the film “Pelli Chesukundam” starring Venkatesh Daggubati is hilarious.
