Directed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha is an upcoming most awaited film which stars Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan in the titular role whereas Kareen Kapoor Khan is playing his love interest in the film.
While the demand for boycott of the film is becoming high day by day and hashtag #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha has been trending on twitter just a few days before the film’s release, there are many genuine fans of the actors who are eagerly waiting to enjoy the movie in theaters.
The film is the Hindi adaptation of 1994 super hit Hollywood film Forrest Gump, which itself was based on the 1986 novel of the same name by Winston Groom and starred Tom Hanks in the title role. The film won 6 Academy Awards and received many nominations including Golden Globes, British Academy Film Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Aamir was last seen in 2018 period action adventure film Thugs of Hindustan, which was one of the most expensive Bollywood films and turned out to be a biggest disaster. Laal Singh Chaddha which is set to be released theatrically on August 11, 2022, is one of the most ambitious projects of Mr. Perfectionist and the actor surely have high expectations from the movie.
Laal Singh Chaddha Makers Host Special Screening
Days before the film’s grand theater release, the makers of Laal Singh Chaddha hosted a special screening in Hyderabad in presence of many big names in the Indian film industry.
These guests include renowned actors and filmmakers from the Telugu film industry including Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, Karthikeya Gummakonda, Satyadev Kancharana, Allu Sirish and Allu Aravind.
Along with these popular celebs, the entire team of Laal Singh Chaddha was also present at the grand premiere night. Superstar Nagarjuna’s son Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is also playing a crucial role in the film.
Earlier in Mid July, Aamir Khan, Naga Chaitanya and Nagarjuna organised the screening at Chiranjeevi’s Hyderabad house which was also attended by Pushpa director Sukumar and RRR director S.S. Rajamouli.

First pre release reviews of the movie are out and it is being said that the film is going to be a masterpiece. The reviews that made headlines were of Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, who watched the movie at its special screening. After watching the film he shared his reviews via a statement along with a picture of him with son Chaitanya and Aamir Khan.
In his post, the actor referred to the film as “A breath of fresh” which stirs you from the deep within. He further praised his son and said that it was wonderful for him to watch Naga grow as an actor. The Telugu heartthrob also praised the film’s director and writer in his post.

As the pre-release reviews of the films are highly positive, it is being predicted that the film will surely make it to the audience’s heart with the blend of emotions it comprises.
