The Tamil film “Love Today” has turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office. The film has recently been released in the dubbed Telugu version and has emerged as the top choice for moviegoers in the two Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Not only this but the flick has completed the break-even mark on the first weekend, emerging as the 19th clean hit Telugu film of 2022 in AP/TG. It is the 4th clean hit this month after Yashoda, Masooda and Gaalodu, so it is safe to say that it is raining hits in the Tollywood film industry, right now.

Eying 100 Cr gross WW
Due to the Telugu release, it has witnessed growth in earnings. The film which was once said to be finished with a 75 Cr gross lifetime, could see its run end with 100 Cr gross now, all thanks to the dubbed Telugu release.
However, it has a few days more to perform at the box office, as the film is now gearing up to release on the OTT platform which is certain to dampen its overall biz to some extent.
Box Office Collection Day 4
Love Today has almost run out of its fuel in the original version, the Telugu version is driving its biz currently. The film is performing on par with the expectations at the box office. It crosses the break-even mark of 3 Cr on the opening weekend itself becoming the 19th clean hit Telugu movie this year.

It has now entered into the profit zone which means whatever it earns now will be a big bonus for the Pradeep starrer. As per the trade reports, Love Today-Telugu grossed 1.15Cr on its first Mon day 4 taking the total 4 days AP-TG collections over 8 Cr gross.

It is showing an amazing trend at the box office, it will remain stable through the weekdays and show a jump on the 2nd weekend. It has made 1.19 Cr profits so far.
