The Tamil smash hit “Love Today” after winning the hearts of Tamil cinephiles is now all set to grace the cinemas in Telugu. It was opened with rave reviews from the critics and the audience alike. And garnered positive word of mouth which translated into big box office numbers.
It is directed, written, and acted by the Comali fame Pradeep Ranganathan. “Love Today” marks his first film as a lead actor and second directorial venture. It is produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh under the banner AGS Entertainment.

Love Today-Telugu Release Date
The movie is now all set to release in the Telugu version. The trailer of the film is launched by the Tollywood star Vijay Deverakonda on Nov 17. The Telugu theatrical rights of the film are acquired by celebrated producer Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Love Today-Telugu Screen Counts
Pradeep’s film has occupied more screens than Varun starrer Bhediya in Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). It will be released in over 285 theatres which includes 185+ theatres in Andhra, 105+ in Nizam and around 45 theatres in Ceeded.
The business of Love Today is valued at 2.7 Cr, it will need to churn out around 3 crores shares to emerge as a hit, there.

Love Today Box Office Report
It was out in cinemas on Nov 4 to rave reviews from the audience. It took an above-average start of 2.45 Cr nett on the first day and witnessed an upward trend in earnings over the weekend. The first-weekend collection of the movie stands at 11.5 Cr+, nett.
Pradeep’s film remained stable on the weekdays and brought in 21.69 Cr in its first week. It trended very well in the second week as well. It grossed the 50 crores mark at the box office worldwide on day 15 (Fri).
Now, with the Telugu release, it is sure to see a rise in its earnings. Pradeep’s film received astounding reception in Tamil Nadu and the positive word of mouth is still driving its biz. It IMDb rating of the movie is 9.1 out of 10. Take a look at the reviews below:
