Telugu star Nithin Kumar Reddy aka Nithiin starrer black comedy crime thriller Maestro is all set to entertain the Hindi audiences on television.
It is the fifth directorial venture of Merlapaka Gandhi, who made her directorial debut with the 2013 romantic comedy Venkatadri Express. He also directed movies like Express Raja, Krishnarjuna Yudham, and Ek mini Katha.
The male lead star of the movie Nithiin was last seen in 2021 Venky Atluri’s Telugu romantic movie Rang De. The film did not do well at the box office and turned out to be a big flop.
Maestro is the Telugu version of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer blockbuster Andhadhun, which was directed by Sriram Raghavan.

Maestro skipped its theater release due to Covid-19 and had a direct OTT release on online streaming giant Disney+ Hotstar on September 17, 2021.

The film was praised by the audience as well as critics and got an IMDb rating of 7/10. In the movie, Nithin Kumar Reddy (Nithiin) reprised the role of Ayushmann Khurrana and played the character named Arjun, a pianist.
Apart from him the film also featured Tamannaah, Nabha Natesh, Jisshu Sengupta, and Naresh in pivotal roles. After receiving a lot of praise and positive reviews from the audience, the film had a World TV premiere on Sunday, January 23rd, 2022 at 6 PM.
It was aired on the leading Telugu television channel, Star Maa. Those who haven’t watched the movie yet, have a chance to enjoy the television premiere of this black comedy crime thriller.
Reportedly, this critically acclaimed movie is premiering soon in Hindi, most probably on Sony Max, expected weekend is early February.
