Known Sandalwood actor Prajwal Devaraj is all set to appear next in an action thriller Mafia. It will mark his 35th film and first collab with the director H. Lohith. Here we are sharing every detail that is available about the film.
The shooting of Mafia commenced on 6 Dec 2021, and currently, in progress, Prajwal is playing a police officer’s role in the film.
In addition to Prajwal, Aditi Prabhudeva, Sadhu Kokila, Devaraj and Orata Prashanth will be seen in the pivotal roles, wherein the budding Kannada actress Aditi will reportedly play the counterpart lead actress role to Prajwal.
Mafia is being bankrolled by Banglore Kumar or B. Kumar under the banner of Bangalore Kumar Films. Music is given by Anoop Selin, the Director of photography or cinematographer is Tharun, Maasthi has written the dialogues.
Mafia Release Date
Initially, Mafia was to be directed by Ambi Ning Vysasitha (2018) Fame Gurudatha Ganiga but later he opt out of the film. The first glimpse of the film was unveiled on 26 January 2022. Though the release date of the film hasn’t been announced by the makers yet, it will be released in three languages Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.

Prajwal Devaraj Upcoming Films
Talking about the main leads, Prajwal Devaraj has almost completed the shooting of his two upcoming projects namely Veeram and Abbara, the actor recently revealed in an interview that he is collaborating next with Tollywood director Hari Prasad Jakka.
The film is titled Gana, it is a crime thriller, in which known South Indian actress Vedhika will play the female lead role. Gana will be Hari’s debut Sandalwood film.
Aditi Prabhudeva Upcoming Films
On the other, Aditi who debut in the film industry from Shiva Tejas 2017 directorial film Dhairyam, has 11 more films in her kitty named Ombathane Dikku, Thothapuri, Thothapuri 2, Gajanana & Gang, Old Monk, Dilmaar, Champion, Tribble Riding, 5D, Andondittu Kaala, and Once Upon a Time in Jamaaligudda.
She has completed almost all the film shooting barring the latter 2 which are currently on their production stage.
