Major is a bilingual film, which is filmed in both languages Hindi and Telugu. It performed very well in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states but failed to attract the audience in the Hindi circuit. It minted only Rs 96 lakhs on Day 1 in Hindi.

Box Office Collection Day 2
Now, as per the reports, Major shows the growth in the collections on Saturday, overall. It earned Rs 12 Cr gross on day 2 (Saturday) to take the total worldwide collections to Rs 15.6 Cr gross.
The film needs to perform well in Hindi, it needs two fold collections over the weekend for a healthy weekend. However, the film will remain consistent in the home market as the film’s positive previews have already set the base and is expected to fetch the breakeven mark soon.
