The release date of the trailer of this Malayalam thriller is announced. Earlier makers had announced that the trailer will be out on December 23, 2021 at 4 PM.
Unni Mukundan also shared this news with his fans by posting his picture with the caption “Aaaa ! Can’t wait for tomorrow #Dec23 #MeppadiyanTrailerRelease”. It will also be screened in theaters.

Unni Mukundan is playing male lead role in the film opposite Anju Kurian who is playing Renuka. Anju is best known for her 2016 Malayalam film Kavi Uddheshichathu.
Along with Unni and Anju, the film also stars Aju Varghese, Lena, Saiju Kurup, Kottayam Ramesh, Major Ravi, Vijay Babu, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Nisha Sarang, Indrans, Kundara Johny, Sreejith Ravi, Pauly Valsan and others.

Vishnu Mohan, who wrote and directed the film is making his debut as a director with this film. Actor in lead role Unni Mukundan is also making his debut as a producer under Unni Mukundan Films.
Three songs of the film have also been released namely Kannil Minnum, Mele Vaanil and Ayyappa.
The Ayyappa song is sung by actor Unni Mukundan himself, which is dedicated to Lord Ayyappa.
