Big Friday releases Mili, Double XL and Phone Bhoot fell flat at the box office, all the said new releases failed to find takers in the domestic market. Especially the former two which rakes in below ₹ 5 Cr on their first weekend.
On the other, Diwali releases Ram Setu and Thank God are on the verge of pulling from the theatres, both films have run out of fuel emerging flops at the box office. The aforementioned films have only a few days more to perform until the highly anticipated Black Panther 2 arrives.

Mili & Double XL Box Office (1st Weekend)
Both movies opened with below-average figures at the box office, Mili took a 50L start while Double XL brought in only 15L** on its first day. Mili earned 62L** on Sat with 24% growth while the Sonakshi-Huma starrer remained flat on Saturday following a flat Sunday as well. Mili clocked in 64L** on Sun with 3% growth.

The inevitable Monday drop consolidates the flop verdicts for both films as the collections are already on the lower side. As per the trade estimations, Mili raked in 25-30 L on the first Monday while Double XL was 5-8 L.
Bollywood is struggling to find a film that draws footfalls to the theatres, all hopes will be on the upcoming Friday releases. Dubbed south film Kantara is reigning supreme at the box office in the Hindi belt emerging as the top choice for moviegoers.
