The cutest couple of B-town Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza are coming together on-screen with their upcoming romantic comedy-drama Mister Mummy, after a decade.
The couple is going to share the screen together after their 2012 romantic comedy film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, which was directed by Mandeep Kumar.
Both Riteish and Genelia made their Bollywood debut in 2002 with K. Vijay Bhaskar’s Box-Office hit romantic drama film Tujhe Meri Kasam, in which they played the lead roles.
This was the first time both met each other and became good friends. Later they started dating each other.
Apart from this, the couple also shared screen in Indra Kumar’s 2004 directorial Bollywood comedy thriller drama Masti, along with Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Amrita Rao and Tara Sharma.
Genelia also made a cameo appearance in 2014 Marathi action drama Lai Bhaari, which marked Riteish’s debut in Marathi Cinema, after that couple.
The fans of the couple are very excited because, After Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, they will once again witness the real-life couple’s reel life romance in Mister Mommy. It seems to be a never seen before the movie.

As of today on February 4, 2022, the couple is celebrating their 10 years of marriage, they have surprised their fans with the announcement of their next film together.
The couple took to social media and made the announcement of their upcoming romantic family drama by dropping the posters with the punchline “WHOLE HEARTED COMEDY… PET SE!”
Genelia tweeted while sharing the poster “A twisted laughter ride and story like never seen before. Get ready to laugh your heart out and till your stomach hurts”. Riteish also shared the poster and we could say his excitement on his caption.
The posters of the film look very interesting and as it features the couple with their baby bumps. It also makes you laugh as Riteish is featured in worried yet funny expressions while flaunting his baby bump.

The film is helmed by Shaad Ali, who is known for his directorial work in movies like Saathiya (2002), Bunty Aur Babi (2005), OK Jaanu (2017), Soorma (2018) etc.
This project is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banner of their home production company T-Series, in association with director Shaad Ali’s Hectic Cinema.
