This time the series is ready to deliver a psychological drama starring the very talented actress of Hindi Cinema Huma Qureshi.
Huma made her Bollywood debut with Anurag Kashyap’s 2012 two-part crime film Gangs of Wasseypur, where she played the role of Faisal’s (Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s) wife Mohsina Hamid.
For her role in the film, she won many awards including Debut Actor of the Year-Female, Most Entertaining Actor-Female, etc.

Huma earned a lot of appreciation for her role as Rani Bharti, a docile, homemaker wife of Bihar’s CM Bheema Bharti played by Soham Shah.
The film was inspired by the political journey of former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav when he made his wife Rabri Devi his successor. This series premiered on SonyLIV.

Huma will be seen playing the role of a University professor Juhi, along with Avantika Dasani, daughter of 1990s acclaimed actress and Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) fame Bhagyashree.
Mithya marks the acting debut of Avantika Dasani who will be seen playing the role of Juhi’s student Rhea.
Huma and Avantika are going to reprise the roles played by Katherine Kelly and Molly Windsor in the British Drama cheat, respectively.

In the poster, Huma and debutant Avantika were seen in an intense look, creating a sense of suspense with their look. Mithya is live now on Zee5 from release date ’18 Feb 2022′.
