Marvel’s superhero film Morbius had stirred a lot of expectations for the film with the way its trailer got a response from the cinephiles on social media platforms, but the marvel film seems en route to becoming one of the lowest grosser of the decade for marvel.
The film was severely panned by the critics, news websites Collider, Time Out, The Hollywood Reporter, etc bashed the film for the poor script, called the film a cliched Vampire story but they praised Leto’s performance.

The film had collected 39 million dollars ( INR 295 Cr approx) in the United States and Canada, it grossed Rs 44.9 million dollars ( INR 339 Cr approx) from the Rest of the world reaching a worldwide gross in the range of 80-83 million dollars (INR 605 Cr approx- INR 627 Cr approx)
Talking about the box office in India, Morbius was released in India in four languages English along with the dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
And as per the trends, the superhero flick hasn’t reached the double-digit even in its three-day opening weekend, the reason for the film’s low opening could be the RRR juggernaut and the genocide set historical blockbuster film The Kashmir Files at the box office in India.
Both the flicks haven’t even let the John starrer rake the double-digit in two days, which was released in far more screens than Morbius, John starrer achieved the double digits figures on Sunday.

Morbius is made with a budget of 84 million dollars ( INR 634 Cr approx), as per the reports, it collected around Rs 8-9 Cr at the box office in its three-day opening weekend in India.
