South Indian Cinema’s lady Superstar Nayanthara and Director Vignesh Shivan got married in a beautiful intimate ceremony in the presence of family and close friends including Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, AR Rahman, and Suriya on 9th June in Chennai.
The whole journey of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding will be shown to the audience in the form of a documentary which will be premiered on Netflix and it is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon and produced by Rowdy Pictures.
When Netflix sent legal notice to Nayanthra and Vignesh
It was rumored that the OTT giant Netflix was upset with the director for posting Nayanthara and Vignesh’s picture on social media as they have bought all the rights to the wedding video.
It was also in the news that Netflix has sent a legal notice to the couple and asked them to return the price of wedding rights which has been paid to the couple which was around 25 crores.
At the present time it feels like everything between the Netflix and actor-filmmaker couple is resolved.

Recently Netflix shared the stills from Nyanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s pre-wedding shoot and it is the clear indiactor that the documentary of the couple’s wedding will be available on Netflix pretty soon.

Tanya Bami, the Series Head of Netflix India also confirmed the reports with an official statement, In which they called Nayanthara, a true superstar with a career spanning nearly 20 years.
And they also mentioned their creative partners of the wedding, director Gautam Vasudevan and Rowdy Pictures. And it also stated “we cannot wait for our members to finally get to see Nayanthara’s journey that led to this fairytale wedding with Vignesh.”

When Nayanthara and Vignesh were upset from Netflix
According to media reports Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara wanted to share their wedding pictures on their respective social media platforms on their one-month wedding anniversary.
The couple was reportedly disappointed that Netflix did not announce the release date of their wedding documentary even one month after the wedding.

Netfilx shares a glimpse on 9th of August with the title of this much awaited documentary, haven’t been revealed the release date yet but hopefully it will be coming soon as they told in the post.
