The hit web series of the year 2020 Never Kiss Your Best Friend has returned for season 2 on the OTT platform Zee 5. The first season was released in Jan 2020 as an original romantic series on the homegrown digital platform Zee 5.
The series is based on the best selling novel of the same name, the story of the series is set in London, revolves around two best friends Sumer and Tanie, an unintentional kiss between the two, makes over 5 yr long separation, but how they meet after this long hiatus, forms the rest of the story.
The makers in Feb 2020, announced that they would be returning for season 2, with the addition of some new cast members. Popular Tv actor Karan Wahi and the actress Sarah-Jane Dias have been roped in for this season.

The new character in the series Karan Wahi and Sarah Jane Dias are playing the role of a popular hero and a girl from a fat wealthy family role respectively.
Wahi as Karan Saxena and Dias as Lavanya join the recurring lead casts of Nakul Mehta (Sumer Singh Dhillon) and Anyaa Singh (Tanie Brar)
Other actors that might reprise their roles in season 2 are Niki Walia, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Rituraj Singh, Vivek Mushran, Bryan Lawrence, Paloma Monappa, Zain Imam, Sanjana Puri, Shaizeen Persha, and Jaaved Jaafri, etc.
