The latest bilingual film Oke Oka Jeevitham (Telugu) or Kanam (Tamil) has been released in cinemas, it opened with rave reviews from the critics. It is helmed by Shree Karthick and produced by S.R.Prakash Babu and S.R Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures.
The storyline follows three friends who decide to travel 20 yrs back in time in order to correct their childhood mistakes with the help of a scientist. It stars Sharwanand, Vennela Kishore and Priyadarshi in the role of Adi, Srinu and Chaitanya aka Chaitu respectively, they are three inseparable buddies.

Screen Counts and Break Even Target
Oke Oka Jeevitham has occupied over 380 theatres in the Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) which consists of Nizam 120 theatres, Ceeded 60, and Andhra around 200 theatres. Moreover, it releases in 200 theatres in the remaining markets making the worldwide theatre count to over 580 theatres.
The worldwide theatrical rights of the film have sold at around Rs 7.5 crores, hence the breakeven target is set at Rs 8 crores.
Box Office Collection Day 1
It had created an excellent buzz ahead of the release through teaser and trailer. It needs to recover 8 crores shares to be considered a clean hit which seems easy. As per the BO tracker T2BLive, the small film opened with 1.2 crores at the box office on Day 1.
It is expected to show a jump in the collection from day 2 onwards due to positive audience word of mouth. It looks like Sarwanand’s film will complete the breakeven in the first weekend itself to emerge as the 12th clean hit Telugu film this year.

Critics gave their rave reviews by calling the film, unique, engaging, and emotional. They praised the fresh plot, performance of main leads, comedy, sound design, and visual quality while it was criticized for the long duartion.
