Punjab film Industry’s one of the finest actor and singer Ammy Virk is all set to headline in his upcoming romantic comedy film titled One Makhna, which is going to be helmed by Simerjit Singh, a director who give cinema the all time-classics like Angrej, Nikka Zaildar and others.
The actor-director duo had collaborated multiple times in the past for the movies like in all three movies of Nikka Zaildar franchise, Muklawa, and Angrej, the movie that become the second highest grossing Punjabi movie of 2015 and the fourth highest grossing Punjabi movie of all-time.

Ammy Virk’s recently release rom-com Saunkan Saunkne, is creating records and smashing industry records at the Box Office is playing the male lead. Oye Makha stars Tania Singh, who was last seen with Virk in romantic drama Qismat 2, is once again pairing up with Amy Virk.
The duo, in the past, also gathered in 2020 romantic drama Sufna, for which they received immense love from the fans for their roles in the movie. Now, they are back again to tease their fans with the beautiful chemistry.
Meanwhile Tania has several other projects in her pipeline, she recently announced her upcoming Punjabi movie alongside Gippy Grewal , also she will again be seen with Ammy Virk in movie titled Bajre Da Sitta. Whereas, Ammy Virk is all set for his upcoming film “Sher Bagga” alongside Sonam Bajwa.
Along with the beloved duo, Oye Makhna will also star the Lifetime Achievement awardee Guggu Gill and Sidhika Sharma, who worked in many Telugu movie and has appeared in music videos like “Na Ji Na” with Harrdy Sandu, in “Phulkari” with Ranjit Bawa and many others.

The Pan-India production house Yoodle Films, which is the film production studios of Saregama, is producing the movie in association with Simerjit Singh’s Simerjit Productions and Ammy Virk’s Ammy Virk Productions.
The film’s story is written by Rakesh Dhawan who, earlier penned the stories of movies like Honsla Rakh, Chal Mera Putt, Aaja Mexico Chaliye and more.
Oye Makhna Release Date
The makers of the movie announced the official release date of this romantic comedy on Friday, May 2o, 2022. It is now confirmed that the film will be released on September 9, 2022.
The film’s lead actor and co-producer also shared the release date with his fans through a social media post, he wrote “Sat shri akaal, Assi le aaye haan trade lai great news! Aa rahi hai saadi navi movie Oye Makhna”.
