After receiving love and appreciation from the first season, the makers of the highly anticipated web show Pavitra Rishta decided to be back with its second season.
After 13 years of the immense success of Pavitra Rishta, the makers of this TV series decided to bring it back through digital screens for the viewers.
Ekta Kapoor’s iconic show Pavitra Rishta aired for six years, from June 1, 2009, to October 25, 2014, on Zee TV, was a big hit and became a household name.
A few people know, this TV serial was the Hindi adaptation of South India’s 2007 super hit Tamil TV serial Thirumathi Selvam, which had aired on Sun TV.
Pavitra Rishta made a special place in everyone’s heart and it was watched by almost every household of India.
To give the tribute to the male lead actor late Sushant Singh Rajput, whose sudden and untimely demise shocked his fans, the maker of Pavitra Rishta decided to come up with the web show of the same name.
The first season of this television series on Zee5 on 15th September 2022, it gives us the nostalgia of its original one (2009) as it was the reboot of the TV show.

Pavitra Rishta 2 OTT Release Date
The second season will be released through direct OTT streaming on India’s popular streaming platform Zee5 on January 28, 2022. Female lead Ankita Lokhande also took to social media to share the digital premiere date of the show.
Earlier, the first season of this romantic web show had a digital release exclusively on Zee5 on September 15, 2022. It comprised a total of eight episodes. It was later premiered on ALTBalaji.

The trailer of Pavitra Rishta: It’s never too late was released by Zee 5 on January 18, 2022. People will again witness this extraordinary bond of Archana and Manav, who went through difficulties to save their marriage.
The 2 minutes 43-second long trailer looks so promising and it will give us a glimpse of Manav and Archana going back to college to add their qualification but coincidently ended up meeting there too.
It shows that despite facing a lot of difficulties, love finds its way, and we could understand from the tagline “Sometimes you have to fall apart to realize what it takes to come back together” that Surely it’s never too late when it comes to love.

Newly married Ankita Lokhande will again step into the character of Archana and popular television actor Shahir Sheikh reprise the role of Manav, which was played by the late SSR.
Usha Nadkarni will also be back in her role as Manav’s mother Savita Damodar Deshmukh. Apart from these actors, Pooja Bhamrrah, Piyush Ranade, and Randeep Rai will also be seen in supporting roles.
The show is directed by Nandita Mehra and written by Nikita Dhond along with Gautam Hegde and Ritu Bhatia.
Actor-turned-producer Bhairavi Raichura bankrolled this web show under the banner of 24 Frames Production.
