Phone Bhoot starring Katrina Kaif has emerged as the top performer among the Friday releases, however, the collection of the movie is on the lower side. It was out in theatres on Nov 4th alongside Mili and Double XL. The latter two films have fallen flat on the first weekend itself.
Phone Bhoot is directed by Gurmeet Singh and bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment. It is estimated to be made on a budget of 20 crores.
After Brahmastra Bollywood is again struggling to see a hit venture, both Diwali releases Ram Setu and Thank God are also on the verge of pulling from the theatres.

Phone Bhoot Box Office (1st Weekend)
It took an average start of ₹ 2.05 Cr, showing growth of 34.15%, it minted ₹ 2.75 Cr on Sat. It again witnessed around 11% growth in earnings on Sun and fetched upwards of ₹ 3 crores, taking the total first-weekend domestic collections over ₹ 7.85 crores nett.
The total three-day worldwide collection of Phone Bhoot stands at ₹ 10.76 Cr gross which consists of ₹ 9.26 Cr gross from India and around ₹ 1.5 Cr gross from the overseas market.
Box Office Collection Day 4
As per the reports, Phone Bhoot remains stable on its first Monday with a regular Monday drop of around 50%. Day 4 has taken its total earnings in the vicinity of ₹ 9 crores. The below-average start has played the spoilsport for the flick as the collections are underwhelming.
It needs to stay steady and continue to collect upwards of 1 crore till Thursday paving the way to show growth on 2nd weekend. The chances of it becoming a hit venture have gone, it now needs to reach a respectable final figure.
A ₹ 25 Cr lifetime will be considered a decent total, given the current situation. All the new releases have tanked at the box office all eyes will be now on the upcoming Friday releases.
