Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif’s horror comedy “Phone Bhoot” is stable at the box office after a poor weekend. The flick is still minting moolah upwards of 1 crore. However, due to the poor start, the collections of the film are on the lower side.
It is produced by Farhan Akhtar-Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment and directed by Gurmmeet Singh. It was released on Nov 4 to mixed reviews from the critics. Along with Katrina, it has Gully Boy fame Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter (Dhadak).

Phone Bhoot 1st Week BO Report
Phone Bhoot took a below-average start of 2.05 Cr at the box office however emerged as a top choice for moviegoers among the Friday release movies like Mili and Double XL. It brought in 2.75 Cr on Sat and 3.05 Cr on Sun with 34.15% and around 11% jump respectively.
The first-weekend collection of the movie stands at 7.85 Cr. It faced a regular drop of 56% on its first Monday as the collections of the film were already on the lower side. It jumped by 13.43% on Tue due to the holiday and minted 1.52 crore.
The total five-day collection of Phone Bhoot stands at 10.71 Cr. It is estimated to have collected 1.15 Cr on Wed for a domestic biz of 11.86 Cr.
Box Office Collection Day 7
Going by the trade estimates, it adds another 1Cr on Thu to take the total domestic collections of the movie to 12.86 crores. It looks like Katrina Kaif starrer Phone Bhoot will wrap under the 20 Cr lifetime. It will show a slight jump on the weekend and from the Mon onwards the earnings will be negligible unless any miracle happens.
