Popular Indian TV channel Colors TV has launched another supernatural drama series titled Pishachini with the supernatural concept after the huge popularity and success of Tejasswi Prakash starrer Naagin 6, which has the same concept.
Pishachini TV Premiere Date
The makers of the show have finally revealed the release date of the show. The show will telecast from August 8, 2022 on every Monday to Friday on Colors TV at 10 pm, replacing Social drama series Nima Denzongpa, which is currently running on the same slot but with the premiere of Pishachini it will be telecast at 10:30 pm.
Those who love to enjoy content online can watch the show on India’s own OTT streaming platform Voot any time for free.

Produced by MAJ Productions and Shakuntalam Telefilms, the show stars actor Harsh Rajput in the lead role as Rakshit a.k.a Rocky. He is best known for playing Ansh Rathod in Star Plus’ supernatural thriller show Nazar. As he already has experience of acting in the supernatural concept, he is the perfect choice for the role he has roped in to play.
Jiya Shankar of “Meri Hanikarak Biwi” and “Kaatelal & Sons” is playing as Pavithra in the show whereas Nyrraa M. Banerji is playing the titular role of a Pishachini (demoness), Rani. The actress had earlier appeared in Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai, Zaban Sambhal Ke, Divya Drishti, Excuse Me Maadam, Rakshabandhan…Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Dhal etc.

About the Show
The supernatural thriller show explores the tale of a family and their encounter with an evil demoness, Rani (Nyrraa M. Banerji), who entraps people and controls their soul with her enchanting beauty and dark energies.
In the show, we will see the encounter of Rocky’s family with her. She pretends to be a damsel in distress. However, as her frightening shadow falls on the family, it is Pavithra who senses her demonic presence and chooses to help the family and break free from Rani’s evil powers.
