Created by The Viral Fever (TVF), the critically acclaimed series Pitchers is finally coming back to the screen after seven years. The first season consisted of 5 episodes, premiered online on TVF’s content portal TVFPlay on June 10, 2015.
After a week, it was released on YouTube. All these episodes were written and directed by the actor-producer and TVF’s executive creative directors, Biswapati Sarkar and Amit Golani, respectively.
The first season was highly appreciated, just like the other acclaimed shows made by TVF. Now, it is ready to return with another exciting season.
TVF Pitchers 2 Star Cast
The series features Aspirants fame Naveen Kasturia as Naveen Bansal, Arunabh Kumar as Yogendra Kumar Pandey, Jitendra Kumar as Jitendra Maheshwari and Abhay Mahajan as Sourabh Mandal.
Going by the teaser, actor Abhishek Banerjee will also be seen in crucial roles in the web series. The other actors who will also feature in Season 2 are Sikander Kher, Ridhi Dogra, and Ashish Vidyarthi in key roles.
Pitchers 2 Release Date
India’s popular OTT platform, Zee 5, announced the second season of web series TVF Pitchers through a video clip, which gives us a sneak peek of the most famous “Tu Beer Scene” scene from the first season. It further shows Abhishek Banerjee telling Naveen Kasturia that the concept of beer is an old one and he must move on to a new idea.
The teaser video is cut short before Abhishek defines the new idea, leaving fans wondering and eager about the upcoming season. The show’s release date is now confirmed “Pitching This Xmas” which means it will arrive during this Christmas only on Zee5, final date ’23rd Dec 2022′ confirmed with official trailer.

About the Series
The story of this drama series revolves around four friends, Naveen, Jitu, Yogi, and Mandal, who left their jobs to establish their own ventures and to become successful entrepreneurs, and for that, they faced all the odds in their lives.
