Kollywood star Sasikumar starrer Rajavamsam is a Tamil action drama film which was released at the year-end of 2021.
Sasikumar is one of the most loved actors of South India Cinema, he is best known for his role as Paraman in his Tamil debut film Subramaniapuram, which was written, directed, and bankrolled by the actor himself.
Rajavamsam Date of OTT Release and TV Premiere
After having a theater release on November 26, 2021, Rajavamsam is all set to have its first television premiere as well as OTT release, during the Pongal holidays on January 15, 2022.
Sun TV has purchased television rights to the movie. It will telecast the first World Television premiere of the movie on Saturday, January 15 at 6:30 PM, on the occasion of Pongal.
Pongal is a multi-day harvest Hindu Festival that is celebrated by South Indians, especially by the Tamil Community. Sun Nxt, the video-on-demand service of Sun TV will give it a digital release on the same day.
Pongal festival is always important to Tamil people as well as their film Industry Kollywood, as it comes up with some big banner films to entertain people.

Rajavamsam Star Cast and Makers
Rajavamsam is a full dose of entertainment with a big star cast. Along with Sasikumar, Nikki Galrani will be seen in the female lead role.
The film also stars Radha Ravi, Sathish, Yogi Babu, Raj Kapoor, Thambi Ramaiah and Nirosha Radha in pivotal roles.
This family drama is directed and written by K.V. Kathirvelu who has made his debut as a director.
It is produced by T.D. Rajha along with D.R. Sanjay Kumar under the banner of Chendur Film International, which is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The music is composed by Sam C.S, while cinematography and editing were done by Siddharth Ramaswamy and V.J. Sabu Joseph, respectively.
The film got a mixed response from the audience as well as critics, it got an IMDb rating of 5.5/10.
