Wednesday, September 21, 2022 has started with bad news for the entire entertainment world as we have lost one of the most iconic stand-up comedians of our country, Raju Srivastava.
Few days ago, the rumours of his death were being circulated, however, later it turned out to be fake news. But this time this unfortunate news is true as his family has confirmed his death, according to new agency ANI.
The Comedian was Hospitalised post suffering a Heart-Attack
On August 10, 2022, while doing his routine exercise and was on the treadmill, the comedian suffered a heart-attack and suddenly fell down. He was immediately taken to the All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. He was on ventilator support and his condition was very critical and unfortunately, lost the battle of life after being admitted to the hospital for 42 days.

He was admitted to AIIMS Delhi on August 10 after experiencing chest pain & collapsing while working out at the gym.

About Raju Srivastava’s Career
Raju Srivastava is the name which brought revolution in the field of stand-up comedy. His iconic jokes and dialogues make people laugh a lot wherever they hear them. He rose to fame with the first of its kind stand up comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, which aired on Star One in 2005. He finished as the second runner-up.
He also appeared in Hindi films such as “Maine Pyar Kiya”, “Baazigar”, “Bombay to Goa “and “Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya “. In 2013, he participated in Nach Baliye Season 6 along with his wife as well as in Bigg Boss Season 3.He also appeared in some of the episodes of The Kapil Sharma Show.
