Ravi Teja’s latest release “Ramarao on Duty” has taken a decent start at the box office despite receiving negative reviews from the critics. It is directed and written by Sarath Mandava and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas and RT Team Works.
As per Telugu Trade reports, the film made the business around Rs 6 Cr gross on Day 1. Although it is the second worst performance of the actor in the last 5 releases, it will be considered decent given the phase Telugu film industry is going through.
However, the job is not done yet as it was only the first day, it needs to gather momentum during the opening weekend as well. As we have seen the recent releases saw a major drop on their second-day run, Ramarao on Duty met the same fate.
