The actor couple of Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt ties the knot on 14th of April, several pictures have gone viral on the internet of this big day, they are looking adorable couple in every glimpse.
Ranbir and Alia were dating each other for several years, they were both first seen together at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding, and since then the couple has been quite vocal about their relationships.
In fact, Ranbir in one of his interviews given in 2020, said that if it hadn’t been for covid-19, we (Ranbir-Alia) would have been married by now.
The actor couple will be seen sharing screen space first time in Brahmastra on the silver screen this year, reportedly they both fell in love on the sets of the same.

Now the couple happily married, they never said anything about date time or plan but pictures say it loud that they are madly in love with each other.
The paparazzi shared a video of the RK studios being lit up with strings of lights, Mehendi ceremony took place on April 13 followed by the wedding ceremony on April 14.

As Alia’s half-brother Rahul Bhatt told in an interview given to Aaj Tak, that the wedding will not happen on the same date, he said that due to security reasons they had to put off the plans.
But Rahul did assure that the wedding will take place by April 20. While Alia’s uncle had earlier told in an interview that the wedding festivities would start from April 13 onwards with the Mehendi ceremony.
Venues
The pre-wedding festivity starts with the Mehendi ceremony, Sangeet & Cocktail party on April 13 in Kapoor family’s RK Studios, RK house Vaastu the wedding venue, and the grand reception will be held at Taj Mahal Palace.

As per Rahul, they have invited a few guests with family & close friends, thereby Ranbir-Alia’s wedding will have only 28 guests. Reportedly, the grand reception will be star-studded with the prominent Bollywood personalities, if reports are to be believed then SRK, Karaj Johar, Deepika Padukone (Ranbir’s ex), and the filmmaker Ayan Mukherji will arrive.

Security
The D-day will be tight with security, there will be 200 bouncers, as per Rahul’s interviews, they have arranged around 200 bouncers for the D-day, so the security becomes stringent to avoid any mishap.
Rahul also told told to a leading newspaper portal that the security of the star couple’s wedding ceremony has been handed over to “Yusuf Bhai”, the man with the Mumbai’s best security agency- “9/11 force”.
He further added that drones will also be used as countermeasures and roving patrol officers will be with each guest and as a brother, he too will be looking over all security arrangements.
Meanwhile, a video of the security guards covering their cellphones with stickers is also getting viral. In video, the security guards at Ranbir’s house were pasting stickers on the front as well as back cameras of their cellphones, so that no can could take the pictures of the weeding festivities.

Outfits
With only a few days has left for the most-awaited wedding of the star couple, the preparations for the big wedding are in full swing. Meanwhile, the wedding outfits of groom had also arrived at his residence on Monday, as the car was spotted at RK house filled with Sabyasanchi outfits.
It is being said that Manish Malhotara and Sabyasanchi Mukherjee have crated Alia’s Lehnga and other outfits while designer Samidha Wangnoo will be styling Ranbir on his big day.
Menu
As per reports, Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor invited chef from Lucknow and Delhi for the wedding menu. The food will include popular Lucknawi Kebab and Delhi’s chaat. There will be more than 50 counters of the food and as the wedding will be concluded as per Punjabi rituals, the cuisines will include Punjabi food along with Mexican, Italian, Afghani etc.
It is also reported, the couple will offer Langar at a Gurudwara in Mumbai, as a wedding rituals. Although the couple will not be presented there physically, the serving and prayers will be offered on behalf of the married couple.
