R. Madhavan’s “Rocketry” after performing well at the box office is now gearing up for the OTT release. Maddy along with performing the main lead also directed, wrote as well as bankrolled the film.
For, the unversed, Rocketry is based on the life of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan, the film was released on the big screens on 1 July 2022. It was released in all six languages Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
It performed really well at the box office and as per the trade estimates, it is set for Rs 45 Cr lifetime at the box office.
Amazon Prime Release Date
Rocketry is now all set to arrive on the digital screens, it will be released on Amazon Prime Video on July 26 in all dubbed south versions Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. However, the Hindi version is available here.

Rocketry Box Office Performance
It was filmed simultaneously in three languages Hindi, Tamil and English. The film was opened to rave reviews from the critics and the audience alike. Though it was opened on a slow note at the box office, gathered momentum due to word of mouth later on. As per the trade estimation, the film will finish at a lifetime of Rs 40-45 crore.
Talking about the Hindi belt, as per Bollywood Hungama, Rocketry has collected Rs 20.47 crores in 3 weeks at the box office in Hindi.

Rocketry Star Cast
The star Cast includes, R. Madhavan in the role of Nambi Narayanan, Simran (Meena Narayanan), Rajit Kapur (Vikram Sarabhai), Muralidharan (Subbiah Arunan), Amaan (A.P.J Abdul Kalam), Mohan Raman (Udupi Ramachandra Rao), Ron Donachie (Val Cleaver). Shah Rukh Khan made the guest appearance in Hindi, and English versions while Jai Bheem fame Suriya was featured in the Tamil version of the film.

It is backed by Sarita Madhavan, Madhavan, Varghese Moolan, and Vijay Moolan under the banner of tricolor films, Varghese Moolan Pictures, and 27th entertainment. On the technical front, Sam C.S gave the music, Bijith Bala handled the editing and Sirsha Ray is the cinematographer.
